Tammy Phan
Tammy is a veteran recruiter and people operations strategist. She’s spent the last decade hiring for the start-up, nonprofit and for-profit sectors, earning recognition as one of the top PR recruiters in 2022. Before Brightmode and BerlinRosen, Tammy led talent at Future Laboratories, a startup studio for social entrepreneurship. A west coaster at heart, Tammy loves Seattle summers, LA winters and NYC during the exact months of May and September. An east coaster in practice, she’s accepted that the bagels are actually better here (maybe it is the water).

Brandi Mapson
Brandi started off her career in education, but quickly found her passion in recruitment. She’s recruited across the tech, advocacy and lifestyle sectors. Brandi loves building authentic relationships with her clients and candidates and creating thoughtful, rigorous talent systems and search processes to match. When she's not getting to know potential new hires or building dream teams, you'll find her perched on the edge of her seat watching volleyball or diving deep into the thrilling pages of a murder mystery.

Chelsea Osterweil
Chelsea recruited across the healthcare, tech and advocacy industries before joining Brightmode Talent. Today, she leads our nonprofit and advocacy searches and oversees early career hiring. Chelsea has an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and prides herself on being able to use her understanding of human behavior in the workplace to expertly match candidates to roles. When she’s not busy working, Chelsea can be found watching a Broadway show, playing Wordle, exploring her favorite neighborhood (Astoria), or enduring the trials of being a Jets supporter.

Courtney Diggs
Once a PR (and digital and marketing and journalism) pro herself, Courtney now brings her communications expertise to recruitment. She manages hiring for early career, intern, digital, advertising and creative roles, including graphic design, copywriting and more. Courtney loves being a dog mom to her goldendoodle, Trina, and our favorite honorary member of the recruitment team.

Dorrian Kearney
After majoring in PR in college, Dorrian pivoted to recruitment in the nonprofit and education sectors before marrying the two in her role as a Senior Talent Manager, where she is a trusted and proactive thought partner to candidates and clients alike. She leads commercial PR hiring across real estate, lifestyle, tech and more. A meticulous and thoughtful planner in both her professional and personal lives, Dorrian hasn’t met a birthday or baby shower that she couldn’t execute flawlessly.

Sebanti Chadha
Sebanti is a lifelong Talent Acquisition professional with multi-industry experience in IT, financial services, healthcare, retail, publishing, and public relations. She is adept at building long-term affiliations, with an innate ability to identify exceptional talent from entry to executive levels, matching skill sets and personas that complement company cultures and advance organizational objectives. Sebanti is also deeply involved in the advocacy of women’s rights. In her spare time, Sebanti enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, and tending to her garden.
