Tammy is a veteran recruiter and people operations strategist. She’s spent the last decade hiring for the start-up, nonprofit and for-profit sectors, earning recognition as one of the top PR recruiters in 2022. Before Brightmode and BerlinRosen, Tammy led talent at Future Laboratories, a startup studio for social entrepreneurship. A west coaster at heart, Tammy loves Seattle summers, LA winters and NYC during the exact months of May and September. An east coaster in practice, she’s accepted that the bagels are actually better here (maybe it is the water).

Brandi started off her career in education, but quickly found her passion in recruitment. She’s recruited across the tech, advocacy and lifestyle sectors. Brandi loves building authentic relationships with her clients and candidates and creating thoughtful, rigorous talent systems and search processes to match. When she's not getting to know potential new hires or building dream teams, you'll find her perched on the edge of her seat watching volleyball or diving deep into the thrilling pages of a murder mystery.

Before focusing on executive search, Marques built talent systems inside national nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies. A proud NOLA native and Notre Dame grad, he’s an avid storyteller, cyclist, and girl dad who believes the right leader can change everything.
